Comprising predominantly low density housing on large allotments, Loganlea is a suburb of Logan City on the southern outskirts of Brisbane. The area is currently seeing a transformation in housing, along with the establishment of new and emerging communities.
This multi-residential project involves the design of 30 affordable housing units. The overall plan was shaped by connectivity constraints with the neighbouring development and the partially flood-affected site. A diverse terrace housing typology was adopted to address these issues, while enabling households of different sizes and scenarios to be created.
